Booking a fitting appointment requires a deposit payment. This deposit helps us keep our calendar organized and available for those who truly need it.

💸 Get your deposit back!
If you make a purchase during your fitting or within 1 month after your appointment, you’ll receive your full deposit back in the form of a discount code.

🚫 No-shows:
If you don’t show up, your deposit will still be converted into a gift voucher—but only if you reach out to us yourself after the missed appointment.

📆 Need to reschedule?
You can change your appointment up to 48 hours in advance, free of charge.
Cancelling within 48 hours or choosing not to attend (see 'no-shows' above)? No problem—you’ll still receive your deposit back as a voucher, valid for 1 month.

We do this to prevent no-shows and to keep space open for people who are serious about finding the right fit.
