Step 1 - Cutting the base material
We start by cutting a piece of our special high-quality material. This non-woven material is chosen for its ability to adapt to body movement while remaining supportive, so it keeps its shape without creating discomfort.
Every cut is made by hand to ensure minimal waste and maximum quality control.
Step 2 - Drawing the pattern
The Humphider© pattern is carefully drawn onto the material. Our patterns are developed in-house to ensure the best fit and performance.
This stage is where precision begins to matter as the lines will guide every following step.
Step 3 - Rough cutting
We cut around the drawn pattern, leaving a small margin. This is not the final shape yet. At this stage, we focus on separating the piece from the larger roll of material.
The rough cut makes the next step faster and more precise.
Step 4 - Choosing the correct blade
We make the Humphider© in four sizes, from size 158-170-XXS to 3XL-8XL. Each size requires a different cutting blade in our specialized machine.
The blade is matched to the size ordered, ensuring accuracy and a perfect fit inside our Tucking Panties.
Step 5 - Final cutting and trimming
Now the material is cut exactly along the pattern lines. This precise cut creates the true Humphider© shape.
We also remove any offcuts and check the edges to ensure they are smooth and comfortable against the skin.
Step 6 - Adding the UNTAG logo
Each Humphider© is branded with our UNTAG logo. We position the logo in exactly the same place on every piece for a consistent look, then use a heat-transfer press to fuse it into the item without affecting the material’s flexibility.
Step 7 - Cooling and peeling
After the transfer process, the Humphider© needs to cool down to preserve the crisp print. Once cooled, we peel off the top film layer to reveal a clean, sharp logo that will not fade or peel with use.
Step 8 - Ready to use
With the final quality check complete, the Humphider© is ready to be paired with your Tucking Panties or Tucking Panties Extra Strong. From here, it is packed and prepared for delivery to its new owner.
