The Gym Binder offers a firm shaping at the front and is designed for comfortable wear during movement. Made from advanced breathable 4-way stretch fabric, this binder moves with the body. The Gym Binder is cut lower at the back for added comfort during movement.
This binder has a short fit that is designed to feel less restrictive around the midsection. This makes the Gym Binder well-suited for gym sessions or an active day. The Gym Binder Extra Strong is designed for those who prefer a firmer level of shaping.

This Gym Binder features a lower-cut armhole than the regular Gym Binder, designed to allow greater ease of movement around the arms.

Designed in Amsterdam, responsibly produced in Europe.

Pflegehinweise

Machine wash separately before first use. Use a short cycle. Machine washable (max. 30°C), preferably in a laundry bag. Air dry only – do NOT tumble dry.

If you’re starting out with binders we recommend building up the time that you wear them. Start with 2 hours, the next day 3 hours, and so on. Build this up to a maximum of 8 hours per day.
