Every binder, boxer, and tucking thong starts here, with a small team full of ideas, fabric swatches, and coffee cups. We share one goal: to create gender-affirming wear that helps you feel like yourself. This is our ‘Meet the UNTAG team’, at the end of 2025.
Danaë – Founder
It began with her brother’s question: “Can you make me a top that flattens my chest?” Danaë said yes, sewed the first binder on her own machine, and unknowingly started a movement. What began in a single room grew into an atelier in Diemen, Amsterdam, where the team now designs and produces shapewear for gender-creative people worldwide. She still oversees every new design with the same curiosity and care that started it all.
Marco – Online Marketing Manager
Marco keeps UNTAG visible, understood, and growing. He handles Google Analytics, ads, testing, and results. He’s also the team’s fixer, making sure things get done. If something on the site suddenly feels smoother or smarter, he probably had a hand in it.
Anneloes & Marcin – Production and Marketing Managers
Together, they keep the heart of UNTAG beating. They manage production, shape campaigns, and make sure every piece reflects our values. They also check all communication for the right tone of voice, love biking together, and complement each other perfectly.
Jeanne – Atelier
Jeanne is the quiet magician behind our fit. She sews, creates samples, and develops new designs, tweaking them until everything feels just right. Every product has passed through her sharp eye, amazing nails and steady hands.
Laura – Online Marketing and Service Coordinator
Laura brings stories to life. She searches for ways to optimise our webshop, creates new blog posts and newsletters, and loves a good brainstorm session. She also coordinates the service team to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Ada – Social Marketing and B2B Coordinator
Ada is the face of UNTAG on social media and the connector with our B2B partners. She’s full of creative ideas, always up for anything, and keeps our online spaces true to who we are.
Frederique – Production, Fitting Advisor and Allround Creative
Frederique helps visitors at our HQ find the best fit and size for their bodies. She’s always positive and helpful, with an eye for detail that makes fittings feel personal. She also designs visuals, sews beautifully, and brings a spark to everything she touches.

We’re lucky to have amazing people who join us from time to time, like interns, freelancers, and occasional team members who step in when needed. They bring fresh energy, ideas, and support, and we couldn’t do what we do without them.
