Putting on your tucking underwear

Before tucking, some people choose to cover the head of the penis with a small piece of toilet paper or soft cloth. This can help absorb moisture during wear.

Decide whether you prefer a full tuck or a semi tuck:

  • For a full tuck, the testicles are gently guided upward into the inguinal canals. This is often easiest while lying on your back. Move slowly and without pressure. Stop immediately if you experience pain.

  • For a semi tuck, the testicles are guided backward rather than upward.

Once positioned, guide the penis back between the legs while holding everything in place. Pull up your tucking underwear and gently adjust until the fit feels comfortable and secure.

Wearing your tucking underwear

When wearing tucking underwear for the first time, it’s recommended to start with shorter wear periods.
Gradually increase wear time over several days to see how your body responds.

Avoid wearing tucking underwear for more than 8 consecutive hours.
Remove the garment immediately if you experience pain, pressure, numbness, or discomfort.

Tucking underwear should not be worn while sleeping. During rest, the body benefits from unrestricted circulation and movement.
Plan at least one tucking-free day per week to allow the body time to recover.

Breaks during the day

When possible, take breaks from tucking. Wearing loose, breathable clothing when not tucked can help reduce prolonged pressure on the genital area.

Listening to your body

Everyone’s body responds differently to tucking. If a full tuck feels uncomfortable, switching to a semi tuck or stopping tucking altogether may feel more suitable. Adjusting positioning during the day can sometimes improve comfort. If discomfort persists, remove the garment.

Possible discomforts

Improper sizing, extended wear, or excessive pressure may lead to discomfort, including:

  • Reduced circulation in the genital area
  • Skin irritation or redness
  • Pressure-related discomfort

If you experience ongoing symptoms, remove the tucking underwear and consult a qualified medical professional.

Responsible use guidelines

  • Limit wear time and allow regular rest periods
  • Do not layer multiple tucking garments on top of each other
  • Choose the correct size using the size chart
  • Only use products designed specifically for tucking
  • Avoid pulling forcefully on the genitals when positioning

Some people prefer cooling the area briefly (for example with a cool shower) before tucking, as this may affect how the tissue sits. Comfort should always be the priority.

Developing bodies

Some people consider wearing tucking underwear while their body is still developing. Bodies develop differently, and we cannot provide medical advice.

General wear guidelines apply: limit wear time, avoid sleeping while tucked, and ensure the correct size is used.

If this is a first pair of tucking underwear, checking the size chart carefully or contacting customer service for guidance is recommended.

For parents, guardians, or loved ones: it can be helpful to remind younger wearers that comfort and responsible use are more important than achieving the flattest possible appearance.

Exercising in tucking underwear

Light physical activity while wearing tucking underwear may be comfortable for some people. During exercise, some people prefer a less restrictive tuck or choose to wear tucking underwear without performing a full tuck.

Pay attention to how your body feels and adjust or remove the garment if discomfort occurs.

A side note for parents, guardians, friends or other loved ones: some kids will want to figure it all out themselves and get the tightest tucking undies that they can possibly find. Understand that your child might want the flattest result, but always remind them of the importance of their safety!  This might be a sensitive topic for them, so react with love and patience.

Washing & Care Instructions

Wash your tucking underwear at a maximum of 30°C.

Do not tumble dry, as heat can affect elastic fibers.

Use a small amount of mild detergent and wash with similar colors.

Allow the garment to air dry, preferably flat.
