You’ve just received your new Shaping Tape — great! To help you get started, we’ve gathered practical information and general usage guidelines for using the tape in a comfortable and responsible way.
Instructions
Before applying the tape, we strongly recommend performing a patch test. This helps check how your skin reacts to the material. Take a small piece of tape and apply it to clean, dry skin. Leave the test strip on for up to 24–48 hours, then remove it and check for redness, irritation, or discomfort. Do not use the tape if you notice an adverse skin reaction.
Chest Shaping
You can use Shaping Tape for chest shaping as follows: clean the skin thoroughly before application. Make sure the skin is dry and free of lotion, oils, hair, or dirt. Cut approximately 2–3 strips per side and round the corners of the tape to help reduce edge lifting.
Always cover the nipples using nipple covers, medical gauze, or a soft barrier. Apply the tape over the covered area and gently rub it to activate the adhesive. Guide the chest tissue upward and outward, toward the armpit, and apply the tape to the skin without excessive tension. Depending on chest size and comfort, additional strips may be applied.
Repeat on the other side.
You can watch the video below for a visual demonstration:
Avoid pulling the tape too tightly, as excessive tension may cause discomfort or restrict movement. If you experience pain, tightness, or shortness of breath after application, remove the tape immediately and discontinue use.
Important: Never wrap the tape fully around the chest. This can restrict natural chest movement and may cause discomfort or other issues.
Tucking
If you choose to use Shaping Tape for tucking, start by cleaning the skin and ensuring it is free from lotion, oils, dirt, or hair. Gently guide the penis upward or backward between the legs, depending on personal comfort and anatomy.
Apply the tape over the penis without pulling tightly, ensuring you can still move comfortably. Guide the tape backward between the legs and gently rub it to activate the adhesive.

Do not use Shaping Tape for tucking for longer than 8 hours at a time.

Use
When using Shaping Tape for chest shaping, we recommend limiting wear to shorter periods and not exceeding 12 hours at a time, with an absolute maximum of 24 hours. If the edges begin to lift or if you experience skin irritation, remove the tape and allow the skin to rest before reapplying.
When using Shaping Tape for tucking, do not exceed 8 hours of continuous wear. If you notice irritation, pressure, or discomfort, remove the tape immediately.
The tape may remain adhered during contact with water, but extended moisture exposure may affect wear time.
Removing Shaping Tape
Skin irritation most often occurs during improper removal. To remove the tape safely, apply a generous amount of natural oil (such as jojoba or another neutral oil) over the tape. Allow the oil to soak in for 5–10 minutes, then slowly peel the tape off, supporting the skin as you go. Removal can also be done in the shower.
Storage
Store the Shaping Tape in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
