The Emisil StP2 4&1 is a circumcised prosthetic that’s great to use as an StP or a packer. The loose testicles and different silicone layers give this prosthetic an extremely realistic feel. This gives a confident and secure feeling and helps reduce any gender dysphoria. The supplied erection rod allows the 4&1 StP2 to also be used during intercourse. On the inside of this prosthetic is a small simulator for people who have had Metoidioplasty or who have bottom growth/an enlarged clitoris.

The StP2 is 13 cm/5.1 inch long and has a circumference of 13 cm/5.1 inch at its widest point. It can be worn with the Harness or the Harness Ring.
